About the project:

TBX is the live operating system behind TBV, TBE, and TBA — unifying capital, services, and networks into a single intelligence layer. Instead of fragmented tools and manual processes, TBX centralizes deal flow, relationship data, event intelligence, and advisory insights into one structured, searchable, and continuously learning platform.

Objectives:

Build a unified intelligence layer that brings deal flow, relationships, events, and advisory data together — eliminating the scattered spreadsheets and siloed tools that were slowing the organization down
Handle a massive migration from multiple legacy client systems into a single, coherent platform without losing data integrity or disrupting daily operations
Create a system that gets smarter over time — structured, searchable, and continuously learning from the data that flows through it

Our approach:

This was one of the most complex data migrations we've ever taken on. We were consolidating data from multiple legacy systems spanning over 100,000 user profiles, 30,000 companies, and activity across nearly 100 events
Data integrity was everything here — every relationship, every interaction, every deal had to survive the migration cleanly. We built robust validation pipelines and ran reconciliation checks at every stage of the process
The product design had to make sense of enormous complexity without overwhelming users. We built a clean, intentional information architecture that made navigating thousands of records feel surprisingly manageable
